A great location to get away from it all. Very peaceful. Pool area wonderful with incredible view. Easy to get to from Kalamata with brilliant directions provided. Very clean and property cleaned 3 times during 2 week stay which was much appreciated.

We had a great week in the villa and it was perfect location with a private pool which the kids really enjoyed. Quiet & private despite being with 9 other villas on the hillside you can’t see them so feels secluded. The air-con in the bedrooms was great & essential in the heat! Bathrooms basic but clean. We had day trips to many beautiful beaches and enjoyed visiting & eating out in Koroni- car required.

We had the most wonderful week here with about a half an hour drive from the airport. It’s a beautiful area to explore with lots of secluded beaches and interesting sites to visit. We hired a car to explore the peninsula and found more gems. The locals were helpful and the prices were reasonable. All in all a brilliant holiday.

Quelle vue, on ne s'en lasse pas chaque jour, chaque minute. La piscine est extraordinaire. La maison est simple et fonctionnelle et surtout impeccable. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances. Sehr schöne Lage als oberstes Haus vom dreien.Wunderbarer Ausblick auf die Bucht. Sehr guter Pool. Betreuung durch den Housekeeper war sehr gut. Das einzige was gefehlt hat war eine Markise oder ein zweiter oder größerer Sonnenschirm.

Super séjour de 5 nuits dans cette maison si agréable : espace de vie grand et lumineux, deux belles chambres et 2 salles de bains. La maison est bien équipée, la piscine si agréable et la vue magnifique. Nous avons été bien été accueillis par Georges, merci pour sa gentillesse. La maison est en dehors de la ville donc très calme. Pitalidi est une petite ville hyper agréable et pas trop touristique. Une voiture est nécessaire, le chemin d'accès est assez raide et pas goudronné sur toute la longueur mais accessible sans problème sauf peut-être pour les cabriolets !!! Certains commentaires mentionnent le bruit des animations du club de vacances français qui se trouve en contrebas. Sensibles au bruit cela ne nous a pas gêné, les animations avaient lieu plutôt le soir au moment de l'apéritif ! Petites améliorations à prévoir : changement de la climatisation dans la chambre parentale qui n'est plus très efficace et un peu bruyante, et pour les fortes chaleur la climatisation de la pièce à vivre serait vraiment un plus.

Haus in ruhiger Lage. Guter Service ( Pool und Wäsche,etc.). Von hier haben wir unsere Besichtigungen auf dem Peloponnes gestartet. Im kleinen Ort konnten wir unseren Kaffee gemütlich trinken und haben uns gut erholen können.

A really lovely villa with fantastic pool and views. Very quiet apart from occasional noise wafting up the hill from the hotel. Bathroom and kitchen maybe need updating. A car is absolutely essential. We thought we might get away with walking and the bus. The buses are infrequent and unreliable and the hill is very steep. Local eating out options are also limited. A good place though for a chill out holiday.

Belle piscine appréciée par les ados. Maison très agréable et bien décorée. Les lits de la Chambre du bas sont petits pour des jeunes de 14 ans +. Nettoyage en cours de semaine très appréciable.

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable, au calme, dans une villa bien équipée. Il ne manquait rien. Merci à Georges pour sa disponibilité et gentillesse

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen der Pool und der Außenbereich ist wirklich toll! Ein guter Platz um die Umgebung zu erkunden, wenn man ein Auto hat. Gerne wieder!

Großes Haus,ideal für 6 Personen. Pool ist sehr groß und stets sauber.tollet Ausblick auf die bucht.

Amazing place for a family or 2-3 friends to spend some holidays with a great view by the pool. Everything was perfect except the internet that was too slow (when we were lucky and had a connection). Otherwise one of the best places I have been to. Great communication, detailed information how to get to the house and a beautiful view by the pool.

Το σπίτι είναι σε πολύ προνομιακό σημείο με όμορφη αισθητική και φανταστική πισίνα και θέα. Ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας.

εαξιρετικη τοποθεσια με μοναδικη θεα και καταπληκτικη ησυχια κοντα σε αρκετα ομορφα μερη οπως η κορωνη η φοινικουντα κλπ. το σπιτι ειχε οτιδηποτε μας ηταν απαραιτητο. και ολα λειτουργουσαν σωστα. δεν υπαρχει κανενα παραπονο . ισως η χρεωση για το καθαρισμο του σπιτιου να επρεπε να ειναι στο μισο απ οσο ειναι αλλα και παλι τοσο ζηταει αν θες τα δινεις δε θες δε τα δινεια και πας αλλου. για ιδιωτικη κατασταση εχει οτι θα περιμενες με εξτρα μπονους τη θεα και την ησυχια του σημειου.

Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux. Le seul bémol est le club de vacances français qui se trouve en bas à quelques centaines de mètres de la propriété et qui met la musique très fort.

Nous venons de passer une magnifique semaine dans la villa Efterpe. Chris a été de très bon conseil et la villa était totalement conforme au descriptif et aux photos trouvés sur le site. Située sur le hauteurs de Petalidi, une voiture est nécessaire. mais le calme est assuré ! La maison a tout le confort requis et la piscine est grande et profonde. Nous recommandons cette location pour un séjour parfait !

We had all that we needed in this villa. The pool was incredible, great view and enjoyed a bbq on the terrace. Nice and private and not bothered by noise or traffic. Needed a car to get around but was nice to explore the area. The best beach was approx. 15 mins drive and the closest restaurants less than 10 mins drive. Had a great holiday here and would recommend to friends and family. Guest tip - take pool towels.

Villa "Cléo" fonctionnelle avec climatisation dans les deux chambres. Très grande piscine très appréciée par nos adolescents mais aussi pour se rafraichir car le beau temps était au rendez vous pendant les 15 jours. Vue magnifique. Pas de vis à vis et très calme. Les Grecs sont adorables... vacances inoubliables.
